Later this year, The 49 Collective will be running our second event – The Winter Warmer!
If The Summer Celebration was a moment to pause, to recognise and to celebrate, The Winter Warmer will be centred on the need to educate, to discuss and to share.
Details of the event will be confirmed in due course, but the event will touch on neurodiversity in the workplace, female health in the workplace and a fantastic workshop meaning all attendees will be leaving the event with tangible outcomes to take back to their business.

The 49 Collective is the community heartbeat, and the inaugural Summer Celebration was an event designed to reflect, celebrate and for all attendees to look forward to the rest of the year and beyond.
From three wonderful panels to the networking of attendees, The Summer Celebration created opportunities for all to network, to share and to discuss key topics in ensuring that the industry continues to strive for equity and representation.
From the ‘Positivity of Peers’ to ‘Building the Workforce We Actually Need’, the conversation was relevant, thoughtful and deeply insightful. The strength of the event was evidence of just how important campaigns like The 49 Collective are to ensuring we have an industry that reflect us all.
